As someone who has 5k hours on rainbow six, I literally have brain damage, srs, actual brain damage
I have frontal lobe damage and I occasionally wake up to very bad headaches in the middle of the night
This was caused due to me quite literally bashing my head against the walls after raging.
I have also fractured my knuckles from hitting the walls
The games are just endless cortisol spikes, literally bring nothing onto your life, you gain nothing, no money, no nothing, you winning a match means nothing.
As I said, it's just endless cortisol spikes, especially when solo queueing (as most of the good players I used to play with quit playing the game since the game became so shit, yet since I'm an addicted retard, I solo queue, and the solo queue teammates are nothing but just pure cortisol fuel)
Go play video games that relax you, or go out in nature, go out on walks, don't play this utter garbage, I literally got brain damage from it.
