This is a study on Sicilian Y-DNA. Basically, West Sicily is shifted more to Europe (although it's still predominantly Middle Eastern) and East Sicily is shifted towards Lebanon/Cyprus. Sicily is obviously intermediate between West and East Sicily.
This was from a study on Dead Sea Jordanians. Greeks are in the same cluster as Kurds which isn't surprising. Actually, the Greeks weren't an outlier in this study.
