JFL at the American school food system. I don’t recommend eating school food if you’re trying to avoid sugars. For breakfast I received a small bag of raisins that were about the size of a palm and shitty waffles with syrup. The syrup had 8g of added sugar, I didn’t have a problem with that. Later throughout the day I started munching on the raisins (they were really good for some raisins). I was a little suspicious about the raisins because they never tasted so good, I look at the nutrition facts and 1 raisin bag was 26g of added sugar. (36g is the recommended avg for a adult male). So from school breakfast alone I ate 34g of added sugar, not including the pancakes. My face was so fucked the next day, as I get insane acne from sugar. So always look at the nutrition facts, and fuck Michelle.
