Back when red pill content was popular they would always say “don’t cry in front of your girl, cry to your bros, woman hate emotion!” And I would think it was all cringe, like surely they won’t get turned off by emotion.
Well I was at work 2 weeks ago and I work in a female dominated field. the women in the office were talking about their partners crying and how it annoys them and turns them off. LITERALLY saying “when he cries I’m just like oh god get over yourself.”
One of them said they only really find it acceptable when a family member dies and then they’ll get it. WTF
.
A lot of them were chipping in saying “yeah my exes were criers it was so cringe.”
And how they think it’s cringe when you cry at a movie (something designed to evoke emotion).
All this time I’ve been holding my tears in to the point where it physically hurts and I’m thinking “this is kinda retarded people don’t give a fuck if you cry why am I doing this.”
Well shit they really do.
Not showing emotion = masculine
