Depends on the individual tbh, though it's true that usually people with recessed infraorbitals/negative orbital vector have shit zygo projection as well

What about o'pry and gandy then both have negative orbits but still top tier zygos

True, but I was referring to anterior (providing undereye/midface support) not lateral (ogee curve) projection, it's very possible to have one but not the other

If you have negative orbital vector you have poor under eye support

i think you have to cut the tendons. you can't go back from zygo implant.
need confirmation on this

Its not required but yeah I think most people with bad eye area have both bad zygos and bad eyes

Daniel Ezra (oculoplastic surgeon in London) for example claims that lower eyelid retraction without infraorbital implants is more likely to "fail" due to the lack of boney undereye support. Take it with a grain of salt (=surgeons wanting to cash out as much as possible), but I think it makes somewhat sense.
