Tall lean guys with youthful skin and grown out fluffy/curly hair just seem to be what most women are most attracted to. That'd set a guy apart from others, physically. I can't generalize for all, but the tall+fluffy+lean+somemuscle+longlimbs+handveins+goodclothes+clearyouthfulskin type is just the most attractive to women.

Obviously your face matters most but it's weird how far gone some people on here are that they cope with surgeries they don't need when they haven't got to 10% bodyfat, never grew out and styled their hair, probably don't brush their teeth enough to keep them white, etc.
