It kills me inside knowing I could’ve been more, I don’t fault my old self because I had a lot to deal with and no one to guide me but if you’re young and on this site you have a once in a lifetime opportunity.
Youngcels should do as much as they possibly can, teen years are worthless anyways you should work on every aspect of yourself and improve anything you possibly can. This doesn’t mean you can’t have fun, but constantly work towards your long term goals. Learn how to study effectively, eat healthy and workout, save up money and make smart decisions that will pay out in the long term.
Even with average genetics you have the tools to age gracefully well into your 40s and 50s but you have to build the foundation for it while you’re young.
Look at Mike O’Hearn for example yes he’s obviously roided out of his mind, probably on TRT, low dose HGH, etc but the fact that it’s possible to look like this at 54 should motivate you to continue improving yourself till the very end.
It’s very easy to get stuck in a cycle of pessimism and negativity and let yourself rot away but you can’t live like that.
Life still goes on after 30, what decides if you’ll be a broke depressed fat bald subhuman or a content handsome man are the long term choices you make.
Optimize your diet, take care of your skin and hygiene, workout.
No matter your starting point, every single person has potential it’s very rare there exists a problem without a solution. The average human is capable of accomplishing so much more then you think.
Drive, discipline and a positive attitude are important to keep going, it’s hard to have that for most guys on here because of the constant negative reinforcement you were bombarded with In your developmental years but this is something you have to do for yourself.
And to you retards who will call this post “redpilled” or some stupid shit like that, saving money for surgery takes time but disregarding everything else you can do to improve yourself is short-sighted and retarded.
Yes genetics also play a large role but unless you’re deformed beyond repair or have a rare debilitating condition that makes it impossible for you to do anything then you have no excuse.
You have to do as much as you possibly can, yes some people were born under a star and handed the things you desperately worked for but that doesn’t matter, it’s your life that you have to live with.
And you’ll enjoy the journey, your accomplishments will feel fulfilling and gratifying.
Just had to get this off my chest, hoping this motivates atleast some of you and changes your attitude a bit
