Those of you interested in GHK-Cu have probably seen the study where 6/9 insulin genes took a fat shit after GHK-Cu injections.

Lower systemic IGF-1 /related genes is bad for your ability to grow muscle, but somewhat contrastingly seems to be good for longevity.

However, this study is pretty poor and doesn't look into the insulin related gene changes at all

Looks like ghk cu does not cause systemic IGF-1 decrease.

In this other linked study they give rats pulmonary fibrosis then treat then with GHK.

Inflammation caused by pulmonary fibrosis locally increased IGF-1, which GHK-Cu decreased by decreasing the inflammation. IGF-1 upregulation is a consequence of inflammation in this study, not an independent event.

GHK-Cu is reducing IGF-1 because it's reducing the inflammation that's causing IGF-1 to be locally elevated in the first place.

In the absence of inflammation, GHK-Cu will not have the same dramatic effect on IGF-1 levels, especially not systematically. The study we looked at earlier didn’t make this distinction.

TLDR: pin GHK-Cu retard
