Doodoo butt side profile and front profile (Long face) possible softmaxx?:

Ive been kinda looking around the forum for what may exactly be my problem and ive narrowed it to a few different possibility's.
1: My CCW rotation. Due to my chin angle and the way my lips are
and 2: Philtrum to Chin Ratio. While ideally is 2.4-2.8 mine is closer to 2 ish

help please is this something i can fix without surgery

you arent fully recessed but you have downward growth

My reccomendation is to try all the cope softmaxx stuff like mewing, good posture, diet, and then if that stuff doesnt work by the time you are 20 just get the CCW rotation surgery, it will save you
