In the caveman era...you had to traverse the terrain and say you are travelling a desert...
Instead of a few hours in a plane, you had to walk for weeks...months...maybe years. Your body is in autopilot of walking, resting, preserving as much energy as possible to survive the harsh environment...
Then suddenly...you see oasis...a new terrain. An entirely new set of opportunities and adventure and dangers await... So you gotta be in PEAK CONDITION...your body goes from desert autopilot, to prime Spidey sense Jumanji exploration because this is a life or death situation...if u don't boot into peak physical condition the unknown new terrain might hide dangers that will kill you, so your body is forced to release all the neurochemical and hormones to reach that peak condition.

THIS MEANS CHANGE UP YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Move your desk across the room
Re organize your room (ts is a 3am thought for a reason)
Change gyms
Starting wearing a new necklace

In caveman era, the only big hit of dopamine u get is from reproducing. Like the Joe Rogan clip says in that time busting a nut is a dangerous activity cus that is the best chance for another animal to sneak up on you...which is why your body snaps back to reality after a spike in dopamine, hence post nut clarity.
