I’m not depressed, I’ve just had No Drive or Motivation for the past months. Will I Dopamine Detox help me get it back, or is it all cope?

There is no such thing as a dopamine detox. You can't "fry" your dopamine receptors.

What however is the probable cause is that you're simply in a low anabolic state with terrible metabolism.

You first need to start off with getting some bloodwork done.

You most likely T3/T4 Thyroid supplementation & a SARMs cycle asap. Get to injecting and lifting weights if need be.

You don't have "excessive dopamine" or "Fried" dopamine receptors lmao. You simply have excessive serotonin caused by easily accessible self-rewarding behavior.

Have you checked the status of your epiphyseal growth plates? Have they fused?

I can recommend you a stack for trying to maximize height gains as much as possible but it depends on your plates to be honest.

I haven’t checked my plates just yet, but I’m assuming they’re still open as I hit a growth spurt around 14-15.

Is your maxilla recessed? From the picture I can tell you are quite downgrown and have a recessed maxilla. You also seem to have terrible oral commisure/lip seal due to this. A recessed maxilla is an indicator of poor health. And i don't mean flat, I mean recessed.

People dont realize it but the pituitary gland is stimulated directly by your palate. I dont fully agree with peats take on EPA and DHA. SARMs may or may not work for OP. However, I do think they are definitely a safer alternative to increasing T (Even if by a little) in comparison to injecting Test straight up.

The study in that link was focused on rats and discusses susceptibility to anhedonia, not directly attributing anhedonia to serotonin excess
