Most people don’t realize their brain is constantly overstimulated.

Endless scrolling, rapid content, nonstop notifications…

It drains your:

• Focus

• Motivation

• Patience

• Discipline

A dopamine detox helps you reset all of that.

What a dopamine detox actually means

It’s not about “cutting out dopamine.”

It’s about reducing artificial highs so your brain can function normally again.

The habits that wreck your attention

These are the biggest culprits:

• TikTok/IG reels

• Gaming

• Junk food

• Porn

• Notifications buzzing all day

• Jumping between tasks constantly

Your brain gets hooked on the next hit of stimulation.

Pull back from these for 7 days

No extreme rules — just tone them down:

• Social media: 30–60 min/day

• No phone in your bedroom

• No screen for the first hour of your morning

• Eat without watching anything pleasey

Within two days you’ll feel more clear and grounded.

• Lifting or any exercise

• Reading

• Learning something new

• Working on a meaningful goal

• Getting sunlight or spending time outside

Your brain responds well to real effort.

Try this daily:

• Get morning sunlight (don't just rot in your room, even if you don't have any friends just fo outside and enjoy the sun for an hour

• Cold water (even just on your face)

• Stay off your phone for 1 and a half hour.

• Take a short walk it will benefit you.

• Start your day with the most important task

You’ll feel more focused right away.

• Leave your phone out of reach while working

• Turn off almost all notifications (only turn it on for important people.)

• Use website/app blockers it will definitely help i promise.

• Remove distracting apps from your home screen (Tiktok, Instagram, And all that other stuff.

Your environment shapes your habits more than willpower ever will.

• If you want to scroll → read a few pages it won't hurt you

• If you want to game → do some pushups

• If you want to wander online → take a walk

Small replacements create big change.

A simple way to build deep focus:

• 45 minutes fully locked in

• 5-minute break

• Repeat 2–3 times

It’s all about consistency. ❤️

You’ll notice:

• Stronger focus

• More motivation

• Better productivity

• Sharper thinking

• More stable mood

Most people haven’t experienced a calm, focused mind in years. and if i say most then i mean literally almost everyone.

Every day:

• 15k steps if you're a lazy fuck then 15k is fine.

• At least one deep-work block

• No phone first hour when you wake up in the morning brother

• Minimal scrolling (No Doomscrolling!!)

• One hour of learning (if you're too lazy then half a hour is fine lol)

• Eat clean ( not some fucking goyslop.)

• Train your body

Do this for a week the difference is very noticeable.

Your life doesn’t magically get better overnight bud.

But when you fix your dopamine environment, everything else becomes 10x easier.

I’m in need of a detox tbh. A thing that might help a little is turning off your notifications when someone reps you here. You can do it by going to preferences and scroll down until you see this.

Also you can only tag 5 people per post as the rest don’t get notified. @unon @Zagrosian. @nestivv

Good guide for those who need it. :Comfy: TBH, I don’t think I need this guide. I’m very patient, for example. I have led the most boring life ever for ten years so I have undergone something most people won’t have to deal with.

like i said my brain is mid rewiring rn, so sometimes rly energetic and good mood, sometimes a little sad and depressed, it takes a while as i gamed and watched porn for 18 years and ate sugar for 20+ years daily

improvements so far: clear skin, better eq, more libido, better focus (sometimes), better mood overall, better charisma/aura i feel like a lot of girls give me iois now maybe its also the skin quality

things that helped immediately were no phone when waking up and no sugar (both made me study really early), while the other things like porn etc. take a while to improve

Dopamine isnt something you should try to get away from, the only reason you do is because you cling onto a life outside of degeneracy. In reality all you shoild do is eat like shit and goon all day, its what your ancestors wouldve wanted
