My dopamine receptors are so unbelieveably fucked its unreal. My average screentime last week was 9h 21min, I am consuming content every free minute, I dabble from tiktok, youtube, ig reels. I have my headphones on all the time and my brain have seriously started hurting from this shit because it cant catch a break. I actually feel so free when I am not consuming any dopamine for some time but I get bored and then I am fucked again. I need some advice on this bullshit. I need a serious dopamine detox or I am seriously fucking cooked. Someone comment my situation please - In what extent do you feel my situation on you etc

same shit here, for most of my time I just use TikTok to listen to music while walking pretending to be in a cool scenario or whatever, I literally do that for hours on end daily, and I can't get off my phone when I have to

I gymmaxx daily bro, I am a gymcel, but I currently dont have any other hobbies than that, I have picked up alcholism in the last couple of weeks since the summer started. Socializing with stacys gives me also good dopamine, when I think about it maybe my phone usage is not such a big problem but the content I consume, I cant just be scrolling mindlessly on tiktok and ig reels because its literal brainrot, gotta maximize my reward to autism getting ratio from it.

7 hours on TikTok is pure mental illness. It's funnier to think that there are zoomers that probably have doubled those numbers.
