My dopamine receptors are so unbelieveably fucked its unreal. My average screentime last week was 9h 21min, I am consuming content every free minute, I dabble from tiktok, youtube, ig reels. I have my headphones on all the time and my brain have seriously started hurting from this shit because it cant catch a break. I actually feel so free when I am not consuming any dopamine for some time but I get bored and then I am fucked again. I need some advice on this bullshit. I need a serious dopamine detox or I am seriously fucking cooked. Someone comment my situation please - In what extent do you feel my situation on you etc
