Edit : I took another look at the nose and i can't really tell if your nose is too bulbous. You should get rid of any sebum filaments in your nose and only then worry about hydrocortisone.

you can't. Puffing up your face to make your face appear wider is stupid. If your face is already lean, this is as good as it is gonna get for you. Unless your skin is bad or unless you're still growing, nothing you do will significantly change your look. Don't dirty bulk and think your bones will somehow 'fill out'. Your face will only gain more fat

I mean, things aren't even that bad for you facially. the only problem is your weight. You gotta build some muscle to avoid getting frame mogged by people who are the same height as you.
