Nah if you think you can blast something and stop being a manlet it's cope and you'll just damage yourself.

Growth plates cannot be "reopened",
it's a process that happens once during puberty and ends there.

It would be cool I guess but just because you believe in something without any claim and start blasting and praying you're just gonna get fucked up side effects.

it makes them close faster. if you want your growth plates to stop closing that’s impossible. but you can slow them down with estrogen blockers like aromasin
