dose nose bulbousy decrease below 15% body fat

dropping every percentage below 15 makes massive difference to facial aesthetics.

does it have any impact on nose, since nose holds some fat tissue?

debloating makes more of a difference from my experience.

but i think i’m only down to like 13% bf. it would be getting to 10 where i would see bigger differences in my nose

by ab veins do people mean like veins that run from your groin up towards ur abs? or veins on ur actual abs? i have the first ones

me after furosemide so i don’t usually look quite as lean but i have a couple “groin veins” ig
