We know that double chins are caused by low hyoids obviously, and of course if some dude is like 350 lbs he is gonna have a double chin, but as an example: Let's say you are 25% body fat, and you go down to 12% for example. Is your submental area going to be affected at all? Because in literally every before and after photo that I have seen, this has never been the case, it has only happened when they are like 35% body fat and like completely completely overweight.
This is the sort of transformation that I am looking for, would this be realistic when going from 25% to 12% body fat, or would this strictly be able to be done with some surgery related lower third?
I am strictly talking about the submental area now obviously.
