You should see if you can get covered by your insurance in your own country though, i wouldn't stress about finding a top notch surgeon for jaw surgery, implants deserve spending more money on IMO
Not saying you should really cheap out too, but just pick one of the best 5 MaxFac surgeons in your country (assuming you don't live in an absolute shithole), try to see if they have background on aesthetic oriented protocols
I mean some countries are brutally bad like sweden or nordics in general(they have like one and a friend went to "the best one, and got brutalized), but if its america, brazil or a good country in europe(germany, italy, spain, and prob some more its worth)This

Yeah as i said i would also try to look for local surgeons who have a background or at least seem interested in adding the aesthetic factor into the surgery, in my case i booked a consultation with a guy who has hosted MaxFac events/classes with Raffaini and Coceancig, he also has a YT channel where he publishes some insights about surgery and lots of them are aesthetic related so i think i am in good hands, not like i have a choice though, i could have got surgery before because insurance should technically cover it, but they're so corrupt that i've heard of cases where they don't pay for the bills after you get the procedure done and so many people have gone bankrupt, sure you can get a lawyer and go to court but it would consume too much time so i have saved up most of the money needed for DJS, worst case scenario i have to pay it for myself, best case insurance covers it and i have 20K saved for Implants or CanthoI mean some countries are brutally bad like sweden or nordics in general(they have like one and a friend went to "the best one, and got brutalized), but if its america, brazil or a good country in europe(germany, italy, spain, and prob some more its worth)
Sounds good, yea i think their are good cheaper and more likely to get insurance gems out there. I mean my rhino surgeon for revision has barely any followers but still seems extremly good. But yea he still has long waiting times and is relatively famous for revisions i guess. I generally think its important the surgeon can give lots of examples during consult or if he has social media he should have videos of teqniques and results.Yeah as i said i would also try to look for local surgeons who have a background or at least seem interested in adding the aesthetic factor into the surgery, in my case i booked a consultation with a guy who has hosted MaxFac events/classes with Raffaini and Coceancig, he also has a YT channel where he publishes some insights about surgery and lots of them are aesthetic related so i think i am in good hands, not like i have a choice though, i could have got surgery before because insurance should technically cover it, but they're so corrupt that i've heard of cases where they don't pay for the bills after you get the procedure done and so many people have gone bankrupt, sure you can get a lawyer and go to court but it would consume too much time so i have saved up most of the money needed for DJS, worst case scenario i have to pay it for myself, best case insurance covers it and i have 20K saved for Implants or Cantho
