double jaw surgery what surgeon, recessed and underbite

recessed and very small underbite, mouth breathed my entire life, what surgeon to go to for double jaw surgery? Or is jaw implants a better idea?
 
please help, what are my other flaws besides recessed chin? what other surgeries can i get?
