Double jaw surgery

Im getting double jaw surgery soon for my airway and I want to know how I can make the most out of it in terms of ascending. My ortho told me they will advance both of my jaws forward pretty substantially as well as some type of expansion for my high and narrow palate. It seems like I’ll get good results from this but is there anything I should ask for or anything specifically to ascend the most from this. I’m going to ask for some ccw rotation for sure

Sounds like whatever happens you will come out with a good result both functionally and aesthetically.
If hes making your pallete wider (segmental lefort 1) he wont do ccw

mb it is possible but it is more invasive and it looks like your getting it for health reasons so it is unlikely
