Double jaw surgery?

Im 16, 183cm and really rececced. My underbags are from recceced orbitals, and itachi lines from my recceced maxilla. I know this wont get better through puberty since my sisters are rececced just like me, and it comes from my mom. My dad had actually really good bonemass and features, but i didnt get them. Should i get surgery when i get 18?
