The purpose of this thread is to set small goals each day to accomplish, so that overtime we can see a larger improvement rather than ldar.
So yesterday I set a couple goals for today.
I was able to:
1. Get a haircut
2. Lift
3. Clean up my room
4. Correct negative thinking (somewhat)
I did not:
1. Fap
2. Play Vidya (watched it though)
Tomorrow I will do these to prevent rottmaxing:
1. Lift
2. Start a conversation with two people
3. Start looking at furniture for my room
4. Correct negative thinking (difficult)
I will not:
1. Fap
2. Cope on this forum for more than an hour
3. Play or watch vidya
I'll report back tomorrow night with how it went, trying to keep myself accountable. post what you need to do tomorrow if you're interested. I'll @ you next thread and well discuss how it went. @CupOfCoffee
