I’m thinking about just getting a genioplasty but have also been recommended to get a down graft. Me personally I don’t think I need to go through all that but let me know your opinions.

Genio + rhino + whatever works for your hair (if anything) ... and you'll be set.

Although your current chin to philtrum ratio, ~2.07, is within ideal range (2.0-2.5), additional height for the chin would increase masculinity and could also improve your jaw frontal angle (currently ~97°, slightly outside ideal range). Besides, measuring the chin to philtrum ratio from the lip seal confirms the chin's lack of height (1.8 ; under the ideal of 2.0).
Of course, these are all approximations based solely on this picture. Take it with a grain of salt.

A rhinoplasty would have a big esthetic impact and would ideally complement the genioplasty.

Bite is fine. I did have braces but not camouflage braces for an over bite.

Bad tooth show…. Just like mine although mines worse. You sure you don’t have any malocclusions?
Genio won’t fix tha smile

Yeah, pretty sure. I’m not smiling as much as I could in this photo though.

Looks like a mild form of SFS

You would benefit from Trimax with a downgraft
