Downgrowth maxilla, CCW Rotation

Im looking for help about my downgrown maxilla, I’ve recently been looking and researching about CCW rotation and downgrowth as im extremely downgrown myself but i don’t really know exactly what to do. I’ve seen that chewing with pre-molars will help a lot with CCW rotation. But i haven’t seen any proof of that working.

I literally have all the signs of a bad CCW Rotation, my gonial angle is pretty high, my undereye support is non-existent and my nose is hooked/droppy nose even tho my parents have a straight or an upturned nose. So im asking for tips and methods for my face to grow forward, not downwards. I’ve measured my maxilla width at 5,5cm as i think it might help with something. I’ve recently started mewing a lot but it’s hard to get used to my whole tounge sitting at the top of my pallate. + Im in the middle of my Invisalign treatment for malocclusion and i wanted to know if it can/will help with CCW Rotation, effectivity of Mewing or Thumb pulling…
