Corner lip lift can make downturned lips (A failo) into upturned lips (Ideal).

But is it even worth the risk of gambling with a potential BOTCH, scarring, etc. when we can just slightly raise the corners of our mouth (but not to the point where we're actually grinning, just enough to make it not downturned) at all times? You will say "but it's not permanent" but you can train the muscles to make it feel natural, like mewing and nose breathing.

my surgeon advised against it, the results normally arent good enough and the scarring is too obvious, honestly id rather just slightly smile in pictures

who was your surgeon? and you got lip lift performed so i guess a regular lip lift is fine?

with a corner lip lift, you can just fraud it a little by slightly grinning at all times, you can't really fraud a much shorter philtrum like that though so lip lift is sometimes NEEDED...

Shitty surgeon. Muuh scaring.
Scaring is a cope in 2025. Laser removal and other techniques exist
