OP a person with a tall skull is due to them having a square face in their childhood, and as the maxilla grew it became elongated. This is not downward growth, this is growing. Tall skull does not equal downward growth. Downward growth is a horrible trait, as it causes malocclusions, gummy smile, and horse face.
