I'm making serious research about dr. Defrancq and I just talked to a girl who had BSSO+Genio+ Zygoma. What you guys think?

lool if you think double jaw is worth 40k plus. even in western europe its 15-20 max and the surgeons are not worse by any means. besides double jaw is the bread and butter procedure of every maxfac surgeon and everyone in that field should be able to do this procedure well.

whether thats in india, russia or usa barely matters (the technique hasnt changed since the 1940 anyways basically). its not like you need modern medications or something. you know what i mean? i wouldnt get cancer treatment in russia since they are not up to date but a surgery that didnt underwent basic changes since the 1940?

the reason its so expensive in the usa is probably because maxfacs have to pay back a ton of student loans and also want to finance themself a luxury lifestyle. not to mention that the costs for nurses etc are higher there.

Defrancq is. When I was in London to see me in person I told to him that his measurements were not correct(he only thought that I would need about 2-3mm instead of 8). So I jut my jaw as far as I could and I told him that I would want my jaw to look like this, and he totally agreed with me. He told me I look better, lol.

Yeah. He agreed with me that I would need much more than 2mm advancement and he told me I was right to go with at least 7mm. Around 7-8mm.
