can he do projection rhinoplastys (the ones you like) Where he does grafts to the comunella and bone grafts to the radix? and ofc sharpen tipp but also add grafts?
Seems like a good plan to go to him after lefort 1 high cut and or paranasal implants
Also does he do a anterior nasal spine implant or do i have to get that with the paranasals with you?

It’s a surgery, therefore a hardmaxx. idk what they’re talking about. Obviously it’s not comparable to a bimax, but none the less it’s a hardmaxx.
