It is possible? Nobody using so much of filler. Greatest metamorphoses needs 6-7 ml - like from dr Zack Ally. How it is possible?

Just look at videos where they put 1ml filler on a tablespoon. It is really not that much.

He had 9 but he did cheeks too so on jawline and chin he had 6-7 ml. He didnt need 20 ml. Maybe in South America they had different fillers and need more?

20 ml of fillers would probably cost at least $13k+ here in the US. Most surgeons charge around $700 per syringe for Voluma. Even if I was rich, there would simply be no way I could justify spending thousands of dollars for a result that will literally disappear in less than 2 years. It probably wouldn't even last a year in my face since I do a lot of cardio.

filler is cheap in Brazil. It is probably PMMA, 20 ml PMMA is equivalent to like 12 ml Hyrolaurnic acid.
