You'll never know tbh if they'll look bad or good, it all depends on the soft tissue, proven that a guy got big implants and he still didn't get any definition in his face.

soft tissue is complicated, and there wont be a way to accurately predict what happens to it until we have some sorta supercomputer

If jaw widening trough bimax wasn't that risky, i would advocate for it since it widens the whole ramus and not just the gonion.

But yes, it is very unpredictable to tell how they'll look.

I agree, the designs looks good. I had a consultation with him, and the Dr told me something about my soft tissue and the definition I could get , and he also advised me to go for a neck and cheeks liposuction and a possible reduction of a gland located on the gonion area. To get more def with the implants. He also told me he doesn’t go too extreme with cheekbones implants.
He showed me several cases during the consultation, that are not posted in his instagram

Depends on the face- it’s hard to predict without effective modeling software

It’s actually possible to simulate what breast implants would look like and that’s a purely soft tissue structure. They just haven’t developed the software for facial implants- probably bc the demand spike for them is fairly recent

oh my bad. i got this information from a surgeon who was on the jawhacks podcast. wait thats crazy tho, if the software gets developed then implants will become much more safe
