and especially not in the case of the OP, you don't end up with severe nerve damage with screws everywhere from small adjustments, it sounds like a normie who wanted a really exaggerated jaw from scratch, otherwise I can't imaginable how you end up with such bad results, the more severe the procedure the higher the chance it goes wrong after all.
