Both in speaking normally and singing.
Dramatic voices are cold, dark, sound low and powerful. Basses are the most dramtic voices. Dramatic voices are caused by big thick vocal cords and developing such voice is extremely hard, almost impossible. You have to be at least full lyric or spinto in your early ages.
The power of this voice allow every user of this voice to sing over ochestra without microphone due to mind blowing ringing resonance.

Look at 4:35 Patti LaBelle glissando up to G5 in balance mixed voice. Mind blowing.

Too low for tenor- probably Baritone- I barely can hit F2

Yeah only chest. I can use falsetto till D5 but it's giga shit tier and I can't use what people call as mixed voice

Only 30 dollars but after I will achieve more money I will find some great vocal teachers (sls).
Just training for baritone your voice teacher will know what to do

My higher in pure chest is G4- everyone stops using chest voice at F#r/G4- then I use chesty mix up to Eb5(highest strained F5 from All My Myself), mith heady and balanced mix I can Reach up to B5, hv and flageolet are comfortable up to E6( highest is strained G6 for 0.1 sec.
