Obviously face is king but clothes can make you look sligthly better because normies are retards and put tons of focus on hair & clothes.

i like the look of oxford shirts, makes me look higher class. But does it help at all with slaying 16-20 y o girls or will you just look like a douchebag and a beta provider. My entire closet is like 10$ tshirts and jeans but i feel like buying some shirts

Most important IMO: Dont look tryhard. Really expensive brands can often be seen as compensation for something.
Wear lowkey shit, but most importantly make sure it fits you well. Different style gets u different type of girls. Oxford is cool and all yea, but you won't stand out at all, many normies wear that shit and u dont look very interesting. This does NOT mean you should look like a clown with 5 chains around your neck- looks stupid on 9/10 imo

i think tshirts will make you look lower class but give more slayer vibes. I have big vascular arms with tattoos so maybe tshirts suit me better but i like the highclass look.
