I used to drink while working out because the feeling of working out made me super anxious lol. I don't see what the issue would be as long as you work out as hard as you do while sober

No jk, but I think you're high enough bf that you could probably recomp. Small to moderate amounts of alcohol on workout days is fine although I'd stick to strong liquors for your purposes. Don't forget beer is estrogenic and has a lot of calories.

If I were you I'd have maybe a couple shots and try to keep it as many hours away from the training as possible. It's not a wasted workout by any means, but just slightly less than optimal.

Weed is better for not disrupting cardiovascular process though, both are depressants but obviously alcohol is worse on the body.

If weed helps inhib I'd substitute

Yes I can, KC Armstrong from Howard stern was jacked and also an alcoholic. So the whole muh beer kills gains is a myth

Sure, one probably won't make any difference. I might even get one myself. It depends a little on how the high progresses. I took kratom too, so I can't drink too much obviously.

I actually like to have beer because it raises estrogen. That doesn't mean it'll feminize anyone who drinks a few a week and are otherwise healthy. It's just a matter of autistically tweaking the parameters to maximize recovery, but that's not really necessary if I'm being honest. Love the Stern show btw.
