I am 15.5 and I have been drinking milk ever since I can remember. For the last 2 year I'd say, I've been drinking about 600ml to 1 litre of milk per day. Milk has high levels of estrogen, could this affect the closure of my growth plates?
I am 5'5 and my dad is 5'7 and my mum is 5'1.
Should I stop drinking milk could it impact my growth negatively?

milk from supermarkets contains estrogen because industry keeps cows always pregnant.

however it has been argued that the amount of estrogen in milk is negligible.

nevertheless milk contains igf-1 which increments growth

'Conclusions: The present data on men and children indicate that estrogens in milk were absorbed, and gonadotropin secretion was suppressed, followed by a decrease in testosterone secretion. Sexual maturation of prepubertal children could be affected by the ordinary intake of cow milk.'

There's a thread that says estrogen in terms of growth closure shouldn't be too much of a worry, unless you want to look like a deformed tallfag. Obvs not too much estrogen and in terms of milk, have raw milk.
Not pasteurised and filled with garbage. Has proline which is goated for growth.
Preferably have A2 raw milk not A1, as A1 are cows used for mass produce milk aka unnatural garbage

Why the fuck would you want to use sarms? Up the test instead or use another compound

no amount of milk or exercises can make you taller than 5'8 if your dad was 5'7 pack it up , you're finished
