I'm a poorcel and not being able to afford loniten pills of oral minoxidil I decided to save money by buying the topical one and started drinking it 3 months ago with a spoon taking 2 drops in the morning and 2 drops at night

I had blood test done recently which indicated an increase in my ALT values

Increased ALT and AST values may indicate liver damage or inflammation but elevated levels may also be related to heart, muscle, or other conditions

I was getting good results so far with minoxidil, but I think the best decision is to switch to oral in pills or the topical version (or use both at the same time)

My hairline results

Not big improvements in the eyelashes, but my eyebrows definitely got darker

There's no harmful ingredients in topical (assuming you got clean brand) to drink. Youll likely have the same issues with just a pill

if youre taking topical min orally it has to have only 4 ingreidents: alcohol, minoxidil, purified water, propylene glycol

these are the ingredients of most commercial topicals

yeah some have other stuff which might cause liver problems because a couple of drops just wouldnt, think about how small the dosage is

i have to doubt that it's causing you liver damage at such a small amout. has there been any change to your diet or lifestyle between the tests? and are your ALT and AST levels outside the normal range/ cause for concern despite the increase in levels?

Are you using Kirkland ?
