drinking water is so hard

when i was in school i was drinking 7l of water every day (extra effect of drinking much water, my eyes were always watery and red wtf)

now i cant even make it to 5, i have a bottle of 1.5L but its very hard to drink from it so fuck it

i drink from small cups of 0.25L but its very tiring getting up all the time, i need 28 travels to the kitchen to reach 7l

im at 0.75l now i wont make it again oof
