Will drinking three liters of water per day actually make a difference for the average person? Or for me?

I kept being told to do that shit. Did it for one day and the teachers were mad cuz I had to piss once an hour. 3 liters of water

i once brought a 2,5L bottle to school, my teacher asked why i drink so much. 45mins later i have to piss baldy, i ask him and he just laughs at me hahahaha
