Drooping lower eyelids and lower scleral show

This is caused by my bad undereye support and genetics, i have no fat padding under my eyelid

Would fat graft or infra implants actively raise my lower eyelid and fix scleral show or do i need something like lateral canthopexy or eyelid retraction repair for that
