upper lower twice a week 8 sets for chest 14 for back 4 for delts 6 for triceps nd 6 for biceps rest a day. then hit lower body with 3 sets arms 12 for lower body then rest for two days then repeat

Just do PPL
Chest+Triceps, back+biceps, shoulders+legs
Rest
Repeat
3 sets 8-12 failure
Look up some videos of PPL split.
Guessing you already know what exercise to do for chest, back, legs, etc

you need to prioritize chest or shoulder in push day though. I give priority to my shoulders thus I always do ohp first.

I have built a decent respectable physique just from doing pushups and pull ups at home in just over a year.
Thats all you need to do.
