Wake up, drink a bunch of water, 25mg ephedrine and 200mg caffeine for leanmaxxing. Scoop of magnesium glycinate. Do skincare- wash face w water, vitamin c serum, moisturizer, sunscreen, BB cream and concealer. Minoxidil on eyebrows.

Lifting and 30min cardio after class. One more dose of ephedrine and caffeine preworkout. 50,000ius beta carotene later in the day when I eat a meal. Before bed- oil cleanser then gel cleanser. Moisturizer with a drop of vegetable glycerin. Tretinoin 0.1% and more moisturizer. Minoxidil and castor oil on eyebrows again. Vaseline on lips

Crazy dedication
 
i wake up at 5:40. Right after that i brush teeth, wet hair, wash face w water, i sometimes use cicaplast b5 baume moisturizer and do facial massages (prob cope) and style hair. Then drink like 1l of water and eat 1-2 bananas. Go to school. Drink lots of water.

Come back home, sit down play fisch on roblox till dinner. Dinner is the only normal meal everyday bc leanmaxx frfr. I take my k2, d3, calcium, magnesium, omega3, c, zinc and b supps. After dinner i brush teeth, bath, put in rubber bands on braces, do homework or and other school stuff. After that its around 22 o clock for me so i go goonđź’” then sleep.
