but say what methods etc have made the process easier for you.

for example some do OMAD (one meal a day), some abuse caffeine/other methods to nuke hunger, certain foods that fill you up easily etc etc.

Maybe this only helps me cuz I’m low key a fatass but decrease ur cals by 1,000-1,200 for 2 days then on the third eat at maintenance
