they aren’t guaranteed to help and aren’t as direct as benzos but if they do make a change you don’t have to keep taking them, plus there is no physical risk or addiction.

nope, tried pretty much all, they make me none-anxious. But also none-talkative. I just dont talk eventhough im not anxious.

No access to psychs apart from online (dont rly want to do online).
Only things that work are stims but only stim-like things ive got are caffeine and modafinil. I cant even imagine what ritaline, or adderall would do for me.

all i have is negative thoughts all the time anyways, these give me some sort of break, even if short term. im not talking all illegal drugs either. The most powerful ones i use arent illegal. ketamine is the least addictive substance I have ever tried.
