I have some pretty bad focusing issues when it comes to studying i cant sit straight unless someone's watching over me im currently supposed to be studying chemistry for an exam tomorrow and i have my finals in 3 weeks i tried to get Adderall but no pharmacy would sell me one i did find the option of Strattera but heard it takes weeks for it to actually kick in because its non stimulant i tried to get selank too but couldn't find any place that sells it near me would anyone know any other options that could help me focus for school or should i just buy the Strattera and hope it works before my finals?

i've tried it before
it doens't work like adderall where it helps u lock in, more like u just focus hard on whatever ur doing
so if u take moda and doomscroll, you'll just be locked in on doomscrolling, so you need the discipline to force urself to do productive work, but once you've started, it becomes really easy to focus in
and yeah, you need to take it early asf into the day for it to not affect your sleep since it stays in ur body for long

i cycle it like 3x a week for both its wakefulness + personal focus. i always want people to take my own anecdotes with a grain of salt since everyone will experience it differently

Adderall, vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine), ritalin (methylphenidate) etc... bascially any amphetamines are good but ritalin is an example of a non amp which is also quite good, i mean theres many more but it all depends on you ngl, just try some out and see which ones you like. Also none of this matters if you dont have a good system for studying, because if your just rewriting notes or just reading over and over again your simply wasting time
