Any drug which isn't illegal under the guidelines of the WADA?

Are they banned in competition?

Cycling
fenugreek and tongkat ali increase testisterone, that's the only legal substances able to improve your sport performances I know

yes, but they cant detect if u off cycle a while before testing
Yeah you just take roids before competition, just make sure to stop the cycle soon enough

Don't professional athletes cycle on/off? I'm sure they get insider information for when they will be randomly tested so they have time to go off of it and come out clean.
 
ungodly amounts of caffeine is the only 100% legal one i can think of

Beta-Alanine + baking powder for Lactate buffering Maybe, nitrate oxide from beetroot..MAYBE,

caffeine works big time for sure!!!

as far as illegal drugs go, high Affinity corticosteroids in Competition are a go-to, moderate dose testosterone for recovery when putting in big weeks but you'll also gain weight so it's a double edged Sword...

all ESAS are the holy grail of cycling
Creatine and protein power are good supplements.
useless for Cycling. creatine might even be a bad Thing cause of waterweight gain

Road
Cris are my specialty but I'm an all-rounder also have some time trial qualities. But can't stick with the super light guys on longer climbs, too heavy
