Dry skin

Under my eyes / between my nose gets extremely red, dry and flakey if I don't moisturise like every 6 hours. what is it I have and what can I do to fix this? (I have nearly no acne or spots on my face and everywhere besides here is smooth and clear)

They will probably give you Triamcinolone, I have it and it works great!
