dtd edits annihilated my mental health

i already made a thread back in january where i started questioned this obsession, it did not fix overtime like i thought it would:

sounds silly on paper, but they legit made me lose around 70% of my socialization skills. this isn't even a joke.
i cannot attend class without having watched the same edit 10x in a row before i sit down, or else i completely lose it and start hyperventilating.

i already have horrible impulse control; this just made it worse, and i doubt it's reversible despite all my efforts.

i got a special paper that lets the teachers know i can leave class whenever i feel uneasy without them questioning me.
call it whatever, this is great. i run to the bathroom and manage to calm down the urges by looking at my saved vids.

i have no idea and i hate it with a passion, it's not fun on the long term.
i wish i could go on about my day like that but i feel the need to rewatch some of these until i fall asleep.

anyways, i started editing recently and it really helps, that's literally all i do of my days now as i am master of the clips.
