lol basic af newbie posting in general threads like a total fagit. get this shit to /fit/ and learn some fucking etiquette before asking obvious questions you could easily google yourself. 33kg for clean reps on hammer curls is nothing special - any r-slutt can do that with enough practice, but if your goal is actually improving muscle mass not just lifting weights then focus on compound exercises like squats, deadlifts, and bench press. also stop using cringe slang like "foidletslayer" it's been overused since 2017 and shows how out of touch you are - typical newfag shit lmao.
