I've been using mouth tape, mewing, focusing on nose breathing, doing chin tucks, and started doing neck curls, but I'm just curios if there's anything else I can do to make the most of puberty. My lower thirds are lwk cooked, and my face a lil long but I'm js tryna start improving as much as possible. Thank you guys

none of these will really change your bone structure lol, the mouth tape is just stopping the problem from getting worse, chin tucks is just lifting the hyoid and neck curls is just getting rid of fat, only things that might actually be helping bone structure is mewing and nose breathing, theres not much you can do besides bimax's

i disagree. mouth tape is useful if your tongue posture is good and your masticatory muscles are toned, but there are weak lips which causes everything else to fall apart while sleeping. chin tuck is for scm muscles which will help to keep the airway open by pushing the back third of tongue up while mewing. nose breathing on its own won't do shit

i disagree. mouth tape is useful if your tongue posture is good and your masticatory muscles are toned, but there are weak lips which causes everything else to fall apart while sleeping. chin tuck is for scm muscles which will help to keep the airway open by pushing the back third of tongue up while mewing. nose breathing on its own won't do shit
well no one said mouth tape isn't useful, it just won't directly help or fix any facial deformities

Improving your posture is crucial for proper bone development
Proper sleep and diet are also extremely important, for diet just make sure to hit your macros and never do a caloric deficit if you are still going through puberty.
You can fast twice a week it can increase hgh production and has a positive effect on testosterone.
Spam very wide pull ups and lateral raises for frame trust me you won't regret it.

None of these help, mewing only works in early development but by puberty your bone formation is already laid out

Fasting = Starving, it makes sense that hormones would be released in a state of stress. But this isn't conducive for growth, it's like saying working out will make you taller or will increase HGH/Testosterone.
