Dutasteride dosing

I cant seem to find a clear answer with reasoning, im switching from fin which i've been using for almost 4 months and have had some regrowth with that (plus oral min) and im switching to dut, is it better to take 0.5mg eod/ed? Some people suggest 2.5mg ed, is there enough reason to take 5x the pills?

dut made me a little depressed, but that's better than losing hair. the ideal dose for hair loss is 0.5 mg/day, taking more like 2.5 mg day isn’t necessary and could increase side effects

Like the other guy said, you can block up to 90% of dht by just dosing .5mg everyday. Any more won’t give more noticeable amount of results. Will just increase sides and cost you more.
